CHAMPIONS Armagh made it four wins from four outings in Division 1 of the 2025 Lidl Ladies National Football League on Saturday evening.

The Orchard County maintained their 100 per cent record, as Mayo were left pointless and bottom of the standings after Armagh carved out a 2-14 to 1-10 victory.

The reigning champions laid the foundation for victory in the opening half when they built up an interval lead of 1-11 to 0-4 having played with the wind.

Niamh Henderson got the goal when she lobbed the ball into the net before the break and she added a second after Mayo’s Saoirse Lally got a goal after the restart and the champions pushed on from there to maintain their impressive defence of their title.
